Aerotek CSRs are responsible for ensuring that inside and external customers - clients, contractors and sales teams - are supported by a top notch team responsible for administrative, clerical, financial and other corporate support functions.

Qualified candidates for the CSA role will generally have most or all of the following qualifications:
- Background in providing customer service
- Ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to ensure that Aerotek complies with applicable labour rules and regulations

- Receptionists/Administrative Assistants - Providing customer service to customers and contractors in a variety of ways including operating the front desk, managing the flow of office documents, answering and routing in-bound telephone calls, filing and other general office duties
